For workspaces and buildings

A staffed lobby in every building you manage.

A managed building is judged on its lobby, and lobbies are expensive to staff, especially across a portfolio. HiBridge puts a real person on the screen in every one of them, greeting tenants and guests, handling deliveries, and showing prospects around, from a single team.

A managed building lobby reception

For workspaces and buildings

A staffed lobby in every building you manage.

A managed building is judged on its lobby, and lobbies are expensive to staff, especially across a portfolio. HiBridge puts a real person on the screen in every one of them, greeting tenants and guests, handling deliveries, and showing prospects around, from a single team.

The problem

Lobbies are the amenity nobody wants to pay to staff.

An empty lobby at 7pm

Members and tenants work late, and guests still arrive, long after the desk has gone home.

Tours that need a human

A prospect walks in wanting to see the space, which is the highest-value visitor of the week and the one most likely to find nobody there.

Deliveries and access

Couriers, contractors, and guests all need directing, logging, and letting in, all day, at every entrance.

A desk per building

A portfolio of six buildings means six desks, each quiet for most of the day and each on the payroll all of it.

How HiBridge solves it

What changes at the desk

01

A greeting at any hour

Tenants, members, and guests are met by a real person on screen, including evenings and weekends.

02

Prospect tours handled live

A walk-in enquiry is greeted, qualified, and booked in by a receptionist rather than left looking for someone.

03

Deliveries and access logged

Couriers and contractors verified and directed, with the arrival on record instead of in somebody’s memory.

04

One team, whole portfolio

Every lobby appears in one view, so coverage follows the traffic rather than sitting in six separate chairs.

Outcomes

A lobby experience you can afford at every address.

  • Any hourTenants and guests greeted after the desk closes
  • Every tourWalk-in prospects met by a real person
  • One teamEvery building covered from a single view
These describe what the platform is designed to do at a covered front desk, not a result we are promising you. Our documented customer outcomes are in physical therapy and healthcare; the staffing and savings calculator models your own numbers.

Who this fits

Organisations this is built for

  • Coworking & flex space
  • Commercial property management
  • Residential & mixed-use buildings
  • Serviced offices

Multi-site

One reception team, every location

Most building operators do not have a coverage problem at one site, they have it at all of them at once. A pooled team on the HiBridge portal sees every lobby in one view, so a quiet location absorbs a busy one instead of each door needing its own hire.

That is also how breaks, shift changes, and peak hours get covered without adding headcount. The arithmetic is worked through on the multi-location front desk page.

Security & privacy

Handled on screen, not in the open

A virtual desk changes who can overhear a conversation. Visitors speak to one receptionist on a screen rather than across an open counter, and check-in details are entered by the visitor rather than read aloud.

What is published on our security posture, and what we will send you as a document, is on the security and privacy page.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you already have customers in coworking & property management?

We will tell you plainly rather than imply it. Our named, documented customers today are concentrated in physical therapy and wider healthcare. This page explains how the platform applies to your front desk, and if you ask us on the contact page we will be specific about your sector.

Is HiBridge a receptionist service or software we staff ourselves?

Both models run on the same platform. HiBridge is the patented virtual reception technology: kiosk, live video, payments, printing, scanning, and the multi-location receptionist portal. Some organisations staff it with their own team from a central location; others staff it with a remote receptionist sourced through HiBridge.

Do visitors talk to a real person or a bot?

A real person. One tap brings a live receptionist onto the screen. There is no phone tree and no chatbot standing in for a human.

Does this work across more than one site?

Yes, and that is where most of the value is. One pooled reception team can cover several buildings at once from a single view, so coverage follows demand instead of one hire per door.

What hardware do we need?

A screen at the desk, a camera, and a network connection. Existing tablets can often be reused, and printing, scanning, and card capture options are covered on the hardware page.
