In order to provide the best quality for video conferences between reception and clinics, the hardware used should meet or exceed the following minimum specifications:
| Component | Minimum specification |
|---|---|
| Processor | Intel i5 13th Generation /AMD Ryzen 5 or higher |
| Memory | 16 GB DDR5 or higher |
| Storage | 480GB SSD/M.2 or higher |
| Display | Full HD 1080 Touchscreen |
| Operating System | Windows 11 Pro 64 bit |
| Camera | Integrated or Add On, HD Resolution or higher |
| Network | Wired Gigabit Ethernet (WiFi is not supported) |
| Printer & Scanner AIO | Canon ImageClass 465dw II |
| Printer/Scanner | Canon ImageClass LBP122dw and/or Ambir 490i scanner |
| Power | Uninterruptible Power Supply Surge Protector |
| Internet Connection | Fiber or Coaxial Connection 50Mb/25Mb (Down/Up) Cellular ISP or DSL is not supported |
| VPN Support | VPN must be configured using split tunneling. HiBridge must bypass the VPN Tunnel |
Note on Printer/Scanners:
The HiBridge software makes no direct connection to the printer/scanner used. A call is made to the Windows system to request a scan or send a print job to the device. As long as the device selected is TWAIN/WIA compliant, it should work. We recommend the Canon ImageClass line of devices. Other manufacturers and models should be tested for reliability in performance. The primary issue with some makes/models is the inability of the device to ‘wake up’ from sleep to perform a scan function.
